SHIPPING POLICY
COOPER ST uses Australia Post for Domestic and DHL Express for International orders .
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you have not received your parcel within the estimated periods listed below please email online@cooperst.com.au with your full name and order number.

DUTIES AND TAXES
COOPER ST cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be incurred by customs in the country where delivery is made. If your order is subject to any additional duties or taxes at the arrival of your country, this is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to COOPER ST, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Orders are not dispatched on public holidays. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
During any Cooper St Sale period, orders are subject to delay due to the volume of orders received within these periods. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow an additional 3 days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.
