RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you love all your items from Cooper St, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

Cooper St will provide a full refund for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including an R.A Number obtained by our Customer Care

Sale items are final purchase- no refund, exchange or credit note is applicable unless product is deemed to be faulty. Promotional discounts, such as flash sales and offers on full priced items, will be eligible for a refund. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Cooper St reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

Domestic items are free, International items are to be returned at the customer’s expense. 

All items are thoroughly assessed before being sent out to you. If however you believe the garment to be faulty, we will happily refund or exchange your order after inspectionPlease follow the returns process below.

We are unable to offer an exchange on purchased items. If you require a different size, colour or item, you will need to place a new order. You will be refunded once your item has been received and approved by COOPER ST. Once received, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card, Paypal or Afterpay account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that Cooper St does not offer exchanges or credit notes.

 

HOW TO RETURN:

Domestic Australian Returns

  1. Contact our Customer Care via online@cooperst.com.au to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
  2. Print the shipment label available at http://parcelpoint.com.au/cooperst
  3. Pack your original invoice and completed return form (cited above) alongside your garment to be returned
  4. Attach your return label to the parcel
  5. Post your item either via a ParcelPoint drop off or at the Post Office.
  6. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

International Returns Process

International return postal costs are to be covered by the customer. 

  1. Contact our Customer Care via online@cooperst.com.au to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
  2. Complete the RETURNS FORM received with your parcel
  3. Post your unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and the completed returns form to:

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Cooper St cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely! Cooper St does not cover any postage costs associated with international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
