I saw a Cooper St item online but it's sold out, where can I get it?
Unfortunately our stock is limited. We do however receive some items back via returns, which will then be made available online - so keep an eye out!
Alternately, contact your nearest stockist to see if they have it.
I purchased a Cooper St item from a stockist and it's faulty. What do I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is out of our possession we are unable to authorise returns. Please return your item back to the relevant stockist and they will assess accordingly.
Can I change my order, discount code, address, size or cancel it?
Unfortunately, since our orders are dispatched quite quickly, we are unable to cancel or change the details of your order. We are also unable to manually enter discount codes after an order has been placed.
Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation email?
You may have checked out as a 'Guest'. If so, we won't have an email address to send your confirmation to.
Have you checked your junk or spam folder? Sometimes they get sent there if we are no added as a contact.
Please allow one business day for shipping confirmation emails to be sent through, or the next business day if ordering over the weekend and public holidays.
If you purchased with your account, check under your order history when logged in to see if your order went through.
Why isn't my discount code working?
There are a few reasons why this may be. Please check that:
- You've entered the code into the discount code field on checkout page
- The item in your cart meet the requirements of the promotion (i.e. the offer has expired)
- The code has expired
- Please note our codes are case sensitive, make sure you enter your code accordingly
