I saw a Cooper St item online but it's sold out, where can I get it?

Our stock is limited and often sells out quick, be sure to add the product to your wishlist and keep an eye out and we may restock.

Alternately, contact your nearest stockist to see if they have it. 

I purchased a Cooper St item from a stockist and it's faulty. What do I do? 

Please return your item back to the relevant stockist and they will assess accordingly. 

Can I change my order, discount code, address, size or cancel it? 

Our orders are dispatched quite quickly, we are unable to cancel or change the details of your order once your order has been placed. 

Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation email? 

If you purchased with your account, check under your order history when logged in to see if your order went through.

Also don't forget to check your junk or spam folder, sometimes they get sent there if we are not added as a contact. 

Why isn't my discount code working?

There are a few reasons why this may be, check that you have done all of the following;

  • You've entered the code into the discount code field on checkout page
  • The item in your cart meet the requirements of the promotion (i.e. the offer)
  • The code has expired 
  • Our codes are case sensitive, make sure your code is entered accordingly.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

Only one discount code can be used per transaction. However, it you have a gift voucher, this can be used in conjunction with a promotional code. 

Have you received my return?
Once your item has been assessed and processed by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email approving your return within 10 working days.
